Description

  • Promote and sell ready-mixed concrete to construction sites
  • Maintain customer data base and convert leads into sales
  • Develop a reasonable but aggressive sales forecast for customers that will enable the company to reach its profit goals.
  • Identify, develop and maintain new and existing customers.
  • Evaluate bid opportunities to determine the most cost-effective quotation and proposal
  • Work closely with Production Department to ensure customer volume demands can be met in a cost effective and timely fashion.
  • Work closely with Quality Control Department to determine the most cost-effective way to meet product specifications.
  • Monitor timeliness of delivery on site
  • Handle customer queries, issues and concerns and seek to resolve in the most cost effective and timely way possible
  • Prepares timely and accurate reports as needed (including backlog and expenses).
  • Attend regular sales meetings to review upcoming projects and status of ongoing projects.
  • Communicate with Sales Coordinator and Production Department on a timely basis of changes to quantities or delivery schedules.
  • Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Visits project sites regularly to receive customer feedback and ensure customer needs are being met.
  • Assist Credit and Collection Section, as necessary, for his/her customers that are behind in paying invoices
  • To represent company in all leading construction corporates for business development and sales promotions
