JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching
• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
• Set individual sales targets with sales team
• Work on sales scripts with agents
• Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
• Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
• Plan and direct sales team training

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Preferably with at least 15 years of experience as a Sales Head or Vice President for Sales in the real estate industry
• Licensed Real Estate Broker (preferred)
• Proven leadership and expertise in sales management, business planning, marketing, training, and negotiation
• Has a ready sales team: Project Directors, Sales Directors/Sales Managers and Property Specialist
