We are looking for a Vendor Management Specialist to join the Global Procurement and strategic sourcing team, within Corporate Operations to support the Supplier Risk and vendor management functions.
It would be ideal for the contractor to come from a similar background; a fast-paced process-driven company within business administration, vendor management, finance, or fin-tech company.
The perfect candidate will have great organization skills, oral and written communication skills in English, and the ability to work across all stakeholder groups right up to the senior level.

Job Description
• Work with vendors to collect data supporting regulatory requirements
• Collect and validate information from employees using systems
• Maintain detailed and organized contract documentation.
• Facilitate and coordinate contract request and intake activities to initiate new/existing contract in our system(s)
• Perform new supplier onboarding due diligence using various screening tools
• Maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external organizations
• Assist with strategic sourcing activities including the travel program and vendor management, as needed.
• Support other Finance projects and initiatives as necessary.
• Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Experience Required: At least 1-3 years from a similar role, ideally vendor management.
• Special Qualifications: Proficient expertise in the use of financial systems and Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must.

The position will initially be a 6 month contract with a good possibility of extension.
