JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Negotiates with buyers for product introductions and trade promotions directed towards increasing sales volume.
• Ensure that purchase orders are processed immediately and delivered on time.
• Visits supermarket outlets to ensure that products are displayed and available for purchase by customers.
• Monitors assigned merchandisers in terms of attendance and performance.
• Reviews call reports on the status of store product display and warehouse inventory per SKU, and takes action on any stocking level deficiencies.
• Constantly reviews credit standing of accounts consistent with the Company's credit and collection policy.
• Effectively handles customer complaints for products bought from his/her assigned supermarket outlets.
• Provides field information, market trends, competitive postures and product strengths/weaknesses.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a College graduate, with preference to Sales or Marketing course.
• With professional driver's license.
• Work well under pressure, has professional conduct and good communication skills.
• Honest, hard working and self motivated.
• Computer literate; with basic knowledge of Excel, Word. etc.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Makati City.
• Direct hire.
