Description
- Provides technical assistance to customers including diagnosis trouble analysis and inspection of units
- Technical report writing with complete analysis and countermeasures
- Must be able to provide timely technical service support through email and technical visit
- Conducts troubleshooting and evaluation of product and quality related issues
- Conduct and provides technical evaluation reports for special projects
- Exhibits strong knowledge and familiarity in solving and proposing corrective measures
- Facilitates and monitors sending of spare parts to the requesting party including packaging and communication with courier
- Perform other task based on management requirements and instructions
