  • Tech Support Specialist 
    Website Setup & Configuration
    Prepare and configure websites on Windows Server environment, managing backend settings and
    ensuring optimal site functionality.
    Ensure proper functionality and user accessibility for newly launched websites.
    Domain Management
    Manage domain transfers, DNS configurations, purchases, and renewals.
    Troubleshoot domain-related issues and ensure proper domain setup for website hosting.
    Website Support
    Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues related to websites.
    Provide updates and bug fixes for websites, ensuring minimal downtime.
    Collaborate with developers or escalate issues when necessary.
    Email Account Management
    Manage customer and internal email accounts using Google Workspace.
    Assist with account setup, password resets, and troubleshooting email delivery issues.
    IT Support
    Answer incoming support calls from clients, providing assistance for technical and general inquiries.
    Offer guidance and resolve basic IT support tasks related to websites and email hosting.
    Required Experience:
    Website Setup & CMS Knowledge
    Familiarity with Windows Server environments and basic backend management.
    Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS required; JavaScript and ColdFusion preferred for troubleshooting and
    development tasks.
    Domain & DNS Management
    Experience with domain registration and DNS configuration tools.
    Familiarity with domain transfer processes and SSL certificate management.
    Customer Support Skills
    Experience in customer service or technical support roles.
    Ability to clearly communicate technical instructions to non-technical customers.
    Email Platform Management & IT Support
    Proficiency in managing Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 email accounts.
    Previous experience in IT support roles, including troubleshooting email and website issues.

    Experience and Proficiency:
    Very detail oriented
    BONUS if the candidate has experience with programming (proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js, MSSQL, and
    full-stack capabilities)
