The job description of a Telesales representative includes:

Contacting potential customers
Reading from a prescribed script
Focusing on customer needs to close sales
Documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions
Managing databases
Generating new business
Managing accounts
Meeting targets

Experience:
• 1+ years experience of working in a BPO company (Outbound/Inbound)
• At least 2 years in College
• Excellent Communications skills

Language
• English (Required)
