About Us:

We are a dynamic and client-focused organisation providing services to clients in Sydney. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to join our team and help manage various administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage emails, calendars, and schedules; coordinate appointments and meetings and rosters.
  • Data Management: Organise, update, and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and online records.
  • Research: Conduct online research on various topics and compile findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Social Media Management: Assist with content scheduling, posting, and basic engagement on social media platforms.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Task Coordination: Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of projects and tasks.
  • Other Duties: Provide support for additional administrative or operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Must have MS Office or Office 365 Active account NOT a free account.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable internet connection and a functional home office setup.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or accounting is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with popular social media platforms.
  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles an advantage but not essential.

Working Hours:

  • 1pm - 4pm (Sydney time)
