Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field
• Candidate must have at least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Candidate has an experience in supervising Quality Team Manager, Team Leader and analysts in BPO set-up
• Candidate must have At least two years of experience in coordinating and implementing training programs, schedules, policies and procedures preferred
• Preferably Managers specializing in Process Excellence or Quality Assurance
• Applicants must be willing to work in McKinley West
• Must be willing to work in Shifting Schedules
