ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the accreditation, marketing, management and monitoring of partners / sub-agents.

—Periodic business review with Sub-agent proprietors / Executives
—Western Union Training of sub-agent employees
—Ensure compliance of sub-agents with WU and eBiz’s guidelines and agreements
—Monitoring and resolution of sub-agent requests and concerns
—Accreditation and expansion of new sub-agents
—Assist the Business Development Group Head in conceptualizing short and long term strategies for the Group

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

—Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Management or equivalent courses
—With at least 3 to 5 years experience in Business Development, Account Management, Training and/or Sales and Marketing
—At least with supervisory level experience
—With high level of customer service orientation
—With strong sense of urgency, high maturity and integrity level
—Excellent verbal and written communication skills
