Basic Qualifications:
• Must have 2 years work experience as a manager under HR Compensation and Benefits, familiarity and exposure on different HR admin tasks like visa processing, payroll, etc.
• College graduate of any course
• Must have at least 3-4 years work experience in a BPO setting
• Meet the specific work-experience/certification stated on the above-listed job openings
• Can attend a face to face interview at McKinley Taguig area (during final interview)
• Can start ASAP (we’re okay with 30 days after notice)
• Amenable to work at McKinley Hill, Taguig City
