- Bachelor Graduate of any IT Related Course (we can consider BSECE and BSCOE)
- With at least 1 year experience
- With PC troubleshooting skills, both in hardware and software
- With basic knowledge in Networking
- Knowledgeable in Level 1 and Tier 1 Support On-Site Support
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist all requests in-terms of desktop and network issues
- Must be able to attend all assigned tickets
- Ensuring all task must be updated after resolving
- Must be able to attend and troubleshoot Hardware and Software tickets assigned
- Must be able to escalate tickets with dependencies to respective clients Administrators (ex: resetting of end users password, configuration needed in Networks connections
- Must be able to update of tickets in detailed. (step by steps procedure) /update every ticket assigned in real time.
- Must be able to attend meetings and training call by Client and Systemantech, Inc. Supervisors
- Must be able to follow SMTI company policies and procedures
- Must be able to follow client's company policies and procedures Must be able to comply with the ticket SLA set by the client
