Process Trainer for BPO Mortgage Account
REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must be a College graduate preferrably in a finance course. Post graduate in a finanace course is a plus.
• 3-4 years overall BPO experience with 2 years experience as a trainer in a mortgage support or similar account.
• Must have excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Flexible (willing to work night shift).
• keen to detail.
• Ability to analyze problems (process, staffing, training, etc.) and develop appropriate corrective action plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct new starter induction training program.
• Conduct training need analysis in conjuncture with operations staff.
• Developing/improving training modules.
• Call monitoring, fatal non-fatal analysis & publishing reports periodically.
• Competency mapping.
• Certifications.
