• English communication skills
• Experience in leading small to mid-range development teams
• Experience as a bridge SE offshore
• Proficiency in LAMP environment or cellphone application development
• Interested in developing the company's human resources system
• Experience is a plus but not required

• Oversee and manage the creation and development of a leading company's web services using the smartphone
• You can work with the Japanese team engineers for practical work experience
• These systems shall be used to check and develop the codes at any given time
• Deal with the clients
