Job Descriptions:
• Answer incoming calls and/or respond to customer’s emails
• Process customers’ requests and validates their account
• Manage and resolve customer complaints
• Guides customers through the problem-solving process.
• Provide excellent display of customer service
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors

Job Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse with active license (active within 3 months)
• With or without clinical experience
• With or without BPO experience
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
• Amenable to work in graveyard shift
