We are a social media marketing agency and we are looking for an experienced results-driven FLUENT ENGLISH phone appointment setter VA to work with our CEO and growing team!

This position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. You must be comfortable and confident speaking fluent english and making phone calls to US/Canada based real estate agents.

Responsibilities

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, and social media platforms
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure
Call and schedule in-bound Leads on Sales Executive Calendar
Go the “extra mile” to meet the needs of the client
Ability to learn new skills and perform any related task from time to time
Manage CEO Calendar

Requirements
Must Speak Fluent English
Proven work experience as Cold Caller/telemarketer
Virtual Assistant/Admin experience
Working internet at home
Flexible hours
Strong phone presence and fluent english
ABSOLUTE confidence and experience making outbound AND inbound calls to foreigners (United States & Canada)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Must know how to use google applications
Must know how to use Microsoft Excel / Google sheets
Having 2 computer monitors is a plus :)

Hours:
8am - 5pm Central Standard Time M-F

Comps.

Base Salary is $1.25 + bonus on every client that you booked the appointment for. Paid bi-weekly. Salary is reviewed every 4-6 months and PLENTY OF ROOM FOR UPWARD GROWTH!
