We are looking for customer Service Representatives that has experience in BPO specifically remittances, travel and hotel services . Customer Service Representative agents will be handling inbound and outbound calls.

Handle calls (more inbound than outbound); notations
Calls mostly come from Filipinos and Indians in Israel, with some calls coming from Europe
Assist customers to transition from walk-in remittances to digital service
Answer basic service questions using a call flow script
Escalate concerns to support channels: Slack, Asana, WhatsApp
Handling time per calls received / placed set at 2-3 minutes, basic support
