Position: Cantonese Client Service Officer
Type of job: Customer Service and Back Office Job
Location: Makati City (Temporary Work from Home: Laptop and Office Table provided)
Schedule Dayshift (8am-5pm or 9am-6pm)
Industry: Bank | Financial Company
Salary: P 80,000 - P 100,000 gross (Negotiable)
Benefits: HMO, Leave Credits, Government Mandated Benefits, 13th Month Pay, Can Provide Laptop

Requirements:
• Proficient in Cantonese and English Language
• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Preferably has 2 to 5 years work experience in any field
• Financial or Banking work experiences are a plus.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for supporting peers to provide high quality customer service.
• Handling client calls and emails, responding in a timely manner.
• Support achievement of overall business objective of revenue growth through revenue retention/term deposits, consistently high service delivery, and increase clients' usage of self-serve solutions.
• Responsible for maintaining quality and compliance with the management & regulatory requirements.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of issues, including accurate and proper records management and tactful resolutions of queries and escalations from clients.
