Duzon E & H has established a fast-growing ESL company offering jobs in Alabang, Muntinlupa currently with 120 English Teachers on-board.

FINANCE GENERALIST

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

2. Adheres to the company’s Quality Philosophy by promoting continuous improvement of processes, assigned tasks and related responsibilities.

3. Oversees the preparation of annual budget plans, regular variance statements and annual audit.

4. Provides recommendations regarding effective utilization of funds and purchasing.

5. Performs tasks related to DOLE, PEZA, and BOI, and other govt agencies, such as but not limited to:

A. Act as Company Secretary/Representative.
B. Register foreign employees and monitor compliance with standard regulatory requirements.
C. Facilitate application of foreign employees’ IDs, certificates, and visa related to employment.
D. Faciliate and assist in all government-related transactions.

6. Provides vision and leadership regarding the company’s overall financial standing.

7. Attends, facilitates or conducts trainings, workshops and activities that would contribute to personal and professional development.

8. Performs tasks and participates in activities that would result to the optimum development of his/her team and the organization as a whole.

OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Participates in company-wide activities that would promote organizational commitment and engagement.

2. Performs other duties as assigned and as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Two (2) years experience in Finance or related field
2. Excellent employment profile
3. Graduate of a four (4)-year course
4. Prior work experience at a senior level
5. Knowledgeable in MS Office

REQUIRED

1. With excellent English communication skills
2. At least two (2) years experience in Finance work.
3. At least two (2) years experience in Government relations and transactions
4. Strong understanding of the business product and operations.

PREFERRED

1. Master of Business Administration
2. Any Business Professional Certification

2. Able to work under work-related pressure and stress.
3. Able to work with a team.
4. Work is primarily sedentary in nature, no special demands are required.
