As a Business Resiliency Incident Management Service Analyst in gTech, you will work across the organization with leaders in business operations, risk management, and security to ensure that gTech is prepared & efficiently responds to any form of business interruption. This opportunity will allow you to grow your leadership, communication, and operational skill sets in a demanding and fast paced environment. Through diligent execution you will help ensure gTech can achieve its mission even during the most difficult of times while keeping the organization safe, secure and compliant.

Position Responsibilities

Assist in the performance of resiliency planning processes including completing business impact analysis and drafting continuity and incident management plans.
Act as a communication lead by fielding information requests using strong customer service skills, quickly consolidating data, and drafting clear reports for leadership
Monitor risk systems for notifications or alerts, triage possible business interruptions, and coordinate effective response procedures.
Lead and assist others during incident response with setting priorities, coordinating key personnel, and keeping stakeholders informed of progress
Build relationships and partner with cross-functional stakeholders across product areas. and Security, Privacy, Legal, and Engineering.

Minimum qualifications
You must meet these minimum qualifications to apply for this job

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience within the Business Continuity, Business Operations, Enterprise Risk Management, Workforce Management Security Operations, Disaster Recovery, or Incident Management spaces.
Strong communication skills demonstrated with experience g on projects with groups of stakeholders to drive project outcomes by identified timelines

Preferred qualifications
Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable

Ability to develop and/or support the development of continuity plans within business groups.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills that will thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, global team environment.
Ability to apply critical problem solving skills and propose solutions that optimize operational performance.
1 year of experience working in a security operations center, emergency operations center, or similar command center environment.
