Job Description:

• Manage large amounts of outbound calls

• Generate sales leads

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma, Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably at least 6months call center experience or equivalent.

• Preferably, has handled a financial campaign

• Willing to work in the night shift

• Fixed night shift work sched Mon-Fri

Earn P20,000 + commissions + P5,000 onsite allowance

Work location is Las Piñas (near Alabang)
