The HR Acquisition Officer's job is to recruit, hire, train and orient driver and rider applicants. He/She shall be able to do training and orientation, do performance evaluation, create database of rider/drivers files. He/She coordinates, arranges, and schedule meetings and ensure office cleanliness. To assist in the general HR and Office administrative tasks. Prepares memorandum, position paper for contractors, and be able to compose business correspondences on a daily basis.

To do recruitment, staffing and support the various phases of the human resources department.
