Perform machine routine inspection per shift based on daily, weekly, and monthly inspection task checklists.
Receive maintenance JO from production.
Fill up JO and indicate the action taken and sign once the issue has been corrected.
Perform machine troubleshooting/repair.
Replace worn-out and damaged machine parts.
Organize/arrange repair tools and equipment in their respective area.
Segregate and file all closed and unclosed JO.
Perform Preventive Maintenance activities based on plan and duration.
Propose a long-term solution for recurring issues.
Record all machine issues and downtime encountered during a shift on the logbook.
Discuss issues encountered and corrections applied during shift turnover.
Take steps to anticipate and resolve problems before they occur.
Manage and organize tools and parts inventory.
Clean machine and equipment after machine repair activities.
Bring back repair tools and equipment after machine repair activities.
Turn over the machine after repair completion to Production.
Comply with the company rules and regulations.
Comply with Department’s policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Perform other jobs that may be assigned from time to time.
