Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Take the extra mile to engage customers.
​Qualifications:
HS/SHS Graduates with at least customer service / facing experience
College Graduates or 2 years in college with or without experience
Above average to Excellent English communication skills
Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing.​
