We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Financial-Insurance Accounts Customer Service Representative to join our team in the BPO sector. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service to policyholders, clients, and potential customers in the financial and insurance industry. Your primary objective is to help customers with questions, concerns, and requests related to their insurance accounts and policies.


Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field is a plus.
With 1 year prior experience in BPO customer service, preferably in the financial or insurance industry
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and procedures.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
