We seek an experienced Assistant Call Center Manager to join our logistics and supply chain team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the call center, ensuring excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, and managing a team of call center representatives.


Qualifications:

BPO / Call Center Experience as Supervisor or Assistant Call Center Manager (at least 2 years )
Experience in handling Trucking, Freight Services and/or Logistics Accounts
Excellent communication skills
Amenable to work onsite
Willing to assign Makati City / Nightshift Schedule
