About the position:
LeanDev Inc. is a Saudi owned Software as a Service (SaaS) company specializing and developing solution for Middle East market. Due to continued aggressive growth, we seek to add the talents of a Web Designer/Developer that is well versed in HTML, JavaScript/JQuery, and CSS to our team!

Multiple initiatives are in progress and many more are waiting to be started, the most ambitious of these initiatives is upgrading and improving our principle product’s existing user interface to address performance, usability, aesthetics and availability across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.

Most of the other initiatives can be categorized as new product development, mobile and mobile application development (iOS, Android, & Windows) and cross browser compatibility development.

The Web Designer/Developer will work closely with our Development Team to create user friendly applications that solve the communication problems of the 21st century. Team members on this project will be skilled in the usual suspects of web application development (HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and NodeJS).

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Manager and software development team to accomplish development tasks on schedule and within budget
- Work collaboratively with a team to translate front end user web designs specs to build cutting edge, highly intuitive web pages, applications and products
- Interpreting graphic visual or interaction designs in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Creating visually appealing web pages or interfaces
- Creating, editing or modifying templates for a CMS or web development framework
- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, NodeJS, Bootstrap is a plus
- Testing cross-browser, cross-platform, and/or cross-device compatibility for inconsistencies
- Conducting observational user testing, or reviewing designs against usability heuristics


Experience & Skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Associates Degree with equivalent work experience
- 2-5+ years’ Front End Software Development experience (Fresh graduate is welcome to apply as Jr. Web Designer/Developer)
- Expert knowledge of HTML / HTML 5 / CSS3
- Experience with responsive design web development.
- Processes for troubleshooting and debugging
- Familiarity with development and debugging tools for cross-browser issues
- Understand and apply key server-side web development concepts such as bower, grunt, and node.js (Optional)


Weekly Schedule, Pay and Benefits:

Shift and hours:
Monday through Friday during normal business hours(9am-6pm with allowed Flexi Time). Evenings and weekends may be required for releases and completion of special projects as assigned.

Salary range:
Commensurate with experience.

Madrigal Business Park, Alabang Muntinlupa City
