Position : Breville Business Solutions Assistant
Nature of job : Sales and Sales Support
Job Description:
To provide sales support to the Breville F&B team thru the following:
Introduction of new Breville merchandize to the F&B market.
Field based sales and support activities.
To gather market acceptability data, consumer appraisals and competitor benchmarks & surveys to strengthen the sales activities of the Business solutions team thru reputable data and analysis.
To ensure customer database and sales pipelines are well monitored.
To ensure customer satisfaction levels are maintained at the highest level thru regular visits, phone and email communications. Or in cases where there are dissatisfactions, proper reporting to the Business Solutions Manager and suggest appropriate remedial actions at the soonest time impossible. Or where needed propose a plan of action to increase the level of customer satisfaction.
To gather and maintain a portfolio of prospects thru web based research, cold canvas, telemarketing, referrals etc.
