- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Understands purchasing processes and inventory databases.
- Customer service and negotiation skills.
- Above average communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and enter purchase orders.
- Responsible to ensure all suppliers passed thru the required procedures of vendor accreditation.
- Coordinate with departments regarding questions with supply requests.
- Obtain quotations and negotiate for the best price and prompt delivery of suppliers.
- Check on whereabouts of supplies.
