Experience:
• 1-3 years desktop support / help desk experience, deployment or migration experience
• Ability to run general diagnostics on the computer & diagnose software / hardware compatibility problems
• Take apart computer & rebuild
• Install / uninstall / configure programs in Windows
• Performing software upgrades
• Putting build on system
• Provide support after new systems are rolled out (primarily software – not much hardware)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to multitask with no loss of performance
• Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office suites
• Ability to follow processes and procedures
Place of work will be our Davao office, however you will be supporting our European clients remotely, so your working times will be aligned with European time.
