This particular Customer Service Representative- CSR (voice/ email/ chat) position requires highly skilled and versatile leaders. It demands players who want to provide stellar customer support. It calls for talented individuals who have mastery of English, who are independent thinkers, and who are passionate about customer service!


You will be joining a newly built team, and report directly to a Team Leader and Operations Manager who will roll up their sleeves and jump in the trenches alongside you.


Work on a rotating shift in our office in Imus Cavite, and be a part of the most exciting, non-traditional, #RidiculouslyGood company in the world.


Qualifications:


Candidate should have finished at least 2nd year college, any field
Preferably with 1yr. call center experience for high school graduates
Excellent spoken and written communications skills
Sales experience is a plus
Willingness to work outside standard business hours to support our members when they need it most
Ability to work both in a team environment , independently and outstanding attention to detail, with strong ethic of personal responsibility
Personable, outgoing individual who enjoys working with people, and is able to handle high- stress situations with grace. It’s a fun group, so a positive attitude is a must.
Great problem solving skills and analytical abilities
