• Provide first rate know-how and case determination on the subject of plan coverage and accounts
• Adhere to written up guidelines by consumer in controlling users.
• Answer individual inquires, as well as consult individuals to obtain full knowledge of what information are being asked for.
• Monitor Phone Checking for answers from management company so call returns are done in a well timed way.
Here are the qualifications for the job:
At least Highschool Graduate
For 18 years old and above
Average to Excellent English Communications skills
Must be willing to work ASAP
BPO experience is a plus but not necessary
