We are looking for a full time Medical Call Centre and Patient booking agent for an Australian account, with the following:

Qualifications / Experience:
1. Preferably experienced in drug names and requirements in cardiology;
2. A minimum of 5 years experience in call centre work, preferably with Australian or New Zealand accounts;
3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in the home environment;
4. We are looking for top performers with a positive attitude and professionals looking for a long term career only. Do not apply if you are only looking for short term projects.

The people we hire need to have the following attributes:
1. A positive can-do attitude.
2. Efficient at prioritising work, using initiative, meeting deadlines, and at the same time paying close attention to detail.
3. The ability to work autonomously in one’s own home environment.

Requirements:
1. PC or Laptop with Windows 7 or higher. High memory requirement.
2. A minimum 10MBPS internet speed
3. Typing Speed of at least 50 WPM
4. Exceptional communication skills, command of grammar, punctuation, and editing.
