DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
2. Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance.
3. Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
4. Ensure deliveries' and inventory transactions' accuracy.
5. Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
6. Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
7. Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems.
8. Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
9. Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
10. Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Graduate of any 4-year course.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
3. Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor.
4. Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.
5. Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.
6. Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
9. Strong organizational and time management skills.
10. Can work long hours when needed and during holidays/special occasions.
11. Amenable to work ASAP.
