Job Scope
• Responsible for planning and developing the marketing strategy for a single product or group of products.
• Guides the team that is charged with a product line contribution by increasing the profitability of existing products for the company.
• Develops new ideas based on industry experience and contact with customers and prospects.
• Works with the Sales Team and collaborate with Principals to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Product Demonstration and installation
• Provides technical and clinical leadership during the pre-selling process by demonstrating full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers.
• Determines, prepares and sets-up the equipment and its accessories during product demo or installation; performs pre/post delivery inspection (PDI) of the equipment and prepares Arrival Inspection Report (AIR).
• Develops and maintains a mastery of the product/equipment in order to provide high quality product presentation.
• Coordinates with the Biomed Engineers and/or Sales Executives for the schedule of product demo and installation.
• Performs all the duties expected of the Product Manager, including conducting customer visits, refining product strategy, conducting competitive analysis, delivering quality requirements on time, and communicating to internal stakeholders.
TRAINING AND AFTER SALES SUPPORT
• Provides clinical/application support to end users and develop, coordinate and deliver product training on software, application and/or equipment use thereby maintaining customer relationships after product delivery.
• Educates the end-users on the proper handling, maintenance and other information that they need to know about the equipment during installation.
• Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and promotion as well as customer training.
• Represents the Company in attending local and/or overseas product training, conventions and exhibits to enhance relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
• Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs.
